Isfahan Oil Refinery

Isfahan Refinery is one of the largest refineries in Iran and is considered as the first refinery in the country in terms of variety of oil products production.
The initial design and construction of this refinery was done with the participation of two joint American and German companies named Fleur and Thyssen between 1954 and 1957, and before the victory of the glorious Islamic revolution, 90% of its construction works had been completed; Immediately after the revolution, with the efforts of domestic experts and employees, the refinery was completed and launched without the presence of any foreign forces in February 2018. In 1370, this industrial unit was registered under the title of Isfahan Oil Refining Company (Special Shares) in the Register of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions of Tehran.
