LIM 1922 is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and Arena Petro Gas is in position to supply and export it directly from ARYASASOL POLYMER through its trading services according to the following specification and technical properties.

Some of the uses of this product are injection molded articles such as toys, caps, household items, etc. It can also be used as a base resin for masterbatch production. This product is not intended for and must not be used in any pharmaceutical/medical applications.

- Melt flow rate (MFR): 22 dg/min at 190 °C and 2.16 kg - Density: 919 kg/m3 - Tensile strength at yield: 8 MPa - Tensile strength at break: 7 MPa - Elongation at break: 400% - Tensile modulus: 175 MPa - Creep modulus: 80 MPa after 1 hour, 45 MPa after 1000 hours - Notched Izod impact: 42 kJ/m2 at 23 °C, 5 kJ/m2 at -30 °C - Shore D hardness: 45 - Heat deflection temperature: 39 °C at 0.45 MPa - Vicat softening temperature: 82 °C at 10 N - Melting temperature: 105 °C - Melting enthalpy: 104 J/g

The recommended process conditions for this product are:

- Extruder temperature profile: 180-210 °C - Mold temperature: 20-40 °C
